I have used Nord Dental twice in the last month and both of my visits I received top notch service. My first visit i needed an emergency referral to get a cracked tooth pulled. The dental hygienist treated me with kid gloves while checking out the extent of damage. Dr. Nord quickly examined my tooth and got the referral going post haste to save me any further misery. My second visit was yesterday in which the dental hygienist conducted a thorough teeth cleaning, (which i haven't had in years). I have rarely looked forward to visiting the dentist and have never until now felt good leaving or about coming back. I am not the most cooperative patient and I often refer to my mouth as a travesty. I left my appointment feeling better about my experience than I ever have in the past with an actual smile on my face. The hygienist was witty and kept me laughing throughout my cleaning, and Dr. Nord took the time to confirm my suspicions about a discoloration of one of my teeth. Although I have one cavity that needs further attention I am looking forward to having it treated and knowing I am in good hands at Nord Dental. I highly recommend Nord Dental if you are in need of an outstanding dent

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Nord and all her staff! Everyone is welcoming & makes you feel right at home. They know us by first name as soon as we walk in & my kids look forward to going to the dentist. It’s easy to tell the staff has so much love & appreciation for Dr. Nord as well. I would recommend Nord Dental to anyone looking for a dentist in or around Bloomington-Normal!

My child had a sudden toothache, and Dr. Nord was able to see us right away. They were incredibly gentle, patient, and made my child feel comfortable throughout the visit. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the whole experience turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive one. I’m so grateful for the prompt and compassionate care—highly recommend for anyone with kids!

My family was looking for a new dentist office and somebody recommended Dr Nords office. Her and her team are absolutely amazing! They were very friendly and super patient with my daughter who was anxious about getting some work done today. From the ladies up front to the staff in the back including Dr Nord, all great. Id strongly recommend this office.

If you're looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about your dental health, takes time to listen, is very personable and caring, and is passionate about what they do, then look no further.
